El Zagal is a journey that began in 1905 by Francisco Tejedor García, founder of the company. Today, immersed in the 21st century, a fourth family generation heads this project, a project based on the passion for our island, its gastronomy and its traditions. Under the Protected Geographical Indication "Sobrasada de Mallorca".
