The first and essential thing is to prepare a delicious chicken broth. It cooks in a few minutes and we can prepare leftovers and freeze it, the chicken broth will save us from more than one rush. As our fideuá has sobrasada, the best thing is that the broth is meat, so the combination will be more successful and will enhance all the flavors.
