Sobrasada elaborated by the traditional system together with the respective species that give rise to a more special and spicy flavor, subjected to an adequate cure and later packed in a comfortable vacuum-sealed jar. With this presentation, it is possible to maintain the qualities of flavor and aroma for a long time, obtaining a very practical product for the consumer. (Range: 150 gr., 200 gr.)
INGREDIENTS
Bacon and lean pork, paprika, salt, dextrose, natural rosemary aroma and antioxidants (extract rich in tocopherols, fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid).
